Finance Manager - Part Time

This is a hands-on, varied role which will involve but not be limited to:

• Overseeing fee forecasting and budgeting processes.

• Implementing and managing financial systems (experience with Xero and Xero Projects is highly desirable).

• Maintain and reconcile general, sales, and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Developing and implementing budgeting and reporting tools.

• Provide financial insight and analysis to help leadership make informed decisions.

• Ensure financial compliance and assist with audits, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements

• Establishing management accounts processes (initially, this role will involve setting these up).
• Facilitating clear communication between project managers and the finance function.

• Overseeing invoicing processes supported by an accounts assistant.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

• Proven experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Experience with Xero and Xero Projects is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with project managers.

• Proactive and able to establish new financial processes.
