Description

• Manage the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements specific to the not-for-profit sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial processes and systems.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support organisational decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective financial resource allocation.
• Prepare financial reports for trustees and external stakeholders.
• Lead on annual audits and liaise with external auditors.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Proven experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector or similar.
• Strong knowledge of charity accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Offer
