Job Description - Financial Administrator

We are currently looking for a Financial Administrator to join our clients in Harrogate, a Financial Services Company with more than 45 years of experience in providing fully independent advice on pensions, investments, protection, tax and wealth management for individuals and companies.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
  • Office Based
  • Full time preferred but part time considered

The successful Financial Administrator will be offered:

  • £32,000 - £36,000
  • 27 days holiday per annum plus statutory holidays
  • Pension Contribution
  • 2x DIS
  • Free Parking

To be considered for the Financial Administrator role you must have:

  • At least two years’ experience, working for an IFA firm
  • Experienced in obtaining quotes, dealing, client contact.
  • Liaising with Providers
  • Providing support to Advisers and Paraplanners
  • Experience with Xplan an advantage
  • Processing and monitoring new business
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
