Part-Time Financial Controller
Leeds City Centre | Up to £70K FTE | 3-4 Days |

You'll be joining a high-growth, people-first business in their search for an experienced Financial Controller. This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up kind of role, the sort that keeps you sharp and brings real variety. You'll be the go-to for everything from consolidated month-end reporting and cash flow forecasting, to audits, budgets, team leadership and business partnering.

You'll be stepping into:

• A £10m turnover business that's grown fast through acquisition
• A lean but high-performing finance team of six
• A culture that's supportive, dynamic, and full of creative energy

Who do you think you are?

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) and around 3+ years post-qual
• A strong technical or audit background - someone who complements a commercially-minded Finance Director
• Experience with group structures, consolidated reporting and cash flow forecasting
• A collaborative approach and down-to-earth energy - you'll be a key part of the team, not just a number cruncher

Why now?
The team is running a tight ship but needs an extra qualified pair of hands, ideally for 3 or 4 days per week. The Finance Director is ready to step back from the detail and focus more on strategy, and you'll help make that possible.
