Job Description - Financial Services Trainer

Financial Services Trainer.

Hybrid

£27,000 - £32,000 (pro rata)

Full or Part-Time

Ballymena

An award winning Mortgage, Insurance and Will Writing business has a vacancy for a Trainer. The role is based at their Ballymena offices and involves delivering skills development training to individuals and small groups, both face to face and online.

The position can be either full or part-time and it will on a hybrid basis. You will be expected to work from the offices in Ballymena at least once or twice per week.

The successful candidate will have have a passion for training and imparting ideas and knowledge. You don't need to have previous financial services experience though it is advantageous. If you have experience of training or mentoring colleagues, co workers or have been a trainer in a different field our client would consider you.

You will deliver structured training, coaching, and mentoring, both as part of formal programmes and through ad hoc support. They also provide targeted coaching to advisers to embed best practices in sales, marketing techniques and client engagement.

Key responsibilities
• Delivery of Sales Development Programme to new & existing advisers
• Provide ad hoc coaching and support to advisers.
• Deliver Induction Programme module (sales training)
• Deliver Training on Wills, Mortgages, Protection Insurance and other related products.

Our ideal candidate
• Financial services sector experience or experience as a Trainer or Mentor in a different sector.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire.
• Experience and / or a demonstrable aptitude and interest in coaching and mentoring.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
