• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary year groups.

• Adapt seamlessly to different classroom settings and quickly establish rapport with students.

• Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.

• Follow existing lesson plans or create your own where necessary.

• Assess pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback to support their development.

• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity in learning.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience working in primary education.

• Strong grasp of the national curriculum and confidence delivering high-quality lessons.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• Flexible, reliable, and able to work across different school environments.

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward teaching.
