Food and Beverage Assistant - live in available

Food & Beverage Assistant required (live in available) for a hotel in the Reigate, Surrey area.

Within the food and beverage service areas, as a F&B team member, you will be working across all F&B outlet areas, to include the lounge / coffee bar / meetings and banqueting / restaurant and bar.

Your role will be varied, to provide exceptional and smooth delivery of service to guests covering breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts on a rota.

The Role within Food & Beverage areas will require you to be working as part of the F&B team serving food and beverages to guests:

• Preparing the restaurant, bar and events areas for service
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Taking guest orders
• Serving food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages
• Completing satisfaction checks
• Resolving any service issues
• Presenting bills to guests and taking payment
• Resetting and preparing the restaurant / bar areas at the end of the shift ready for the next service
• Ensuring your work area is clean and tidy before departing

The salary for Food and Beverage Assistant is given as national minimum wage (wage shown is for 21 years old and over). Live in is available on site. Flexible - variable hours.
