Fractional CFO | Housing Social Enterprise Charity | 2/3 days per month | Outside IR35

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fantastic, values centric and people first not for profit in the social housing space. Having helped thousands in providing and facilitating social housing, our client are looking to add a seasoned CFO to help support with future business strategy to continue their mission of encouraging growth and inspiring change. This newly created fractional role will be two to three days a month, sitting Outside IR35.

This founder led organisation specifically support those at risk of homelessness, providing holistic support and pathways towards stable housing. Further support includes therapy services, key working, and opportunities to work towards education, training and ultimately future employment. As a not for profit, there is a clear emphasis on reinvesting back into the local community, providing further properties and supporting even more of their clients.

The Role:

Working closely with the founders and senior leadership team, this role will be highly strategic in nature. Given a recent injection of capital, the team are looking for strong guidance on how to utilise this most effectively and ensure the business are carrying out their business plans to maximum efficiency.

Additional duties will include:

• Cash flow management
• Providing strong and accurate management information
• Supporting with future planning and scaling of organisation
• Business partner directly with team on budgeting and forecasting
• Potential future exit support and guidance

Essential skills:

• Charity sector experience
• Fully qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA / ICAS / ICAEW)

Bonus skills:

• Housing association background

Day Rate: £700 - £1000 per day (Outside IR35)
