Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, engaging, and tailored consultations to clients, guiding them through fragrance selections that meet their individual preferences and lifestyles.
• Confidently represent assigned luxury fragrance brands, sharing product stories and heritage to create an elevated client experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the agency and brand partners.
• Adapt quickly to working with different brands, products, and teams while maintaining professionalism and brand integrity.
• Ensure the fragrance counter or display area is impeccably maintained, fully stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic reporting as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail is essential.
• A genuine passion for luxury fragrance and the ability to communicate brand stories authentically.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
• Flexibility to work on different brand counters and across multiple Central London locations, including weekends and peak trading periods.
