With demand growing rapidly and virtually no serious competitors in the space, we’re primed for major expansion. Our products are high in demand - now we need the right marketing strategist to help drive visibility, engagement, and ultimately, sales.

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and tenacious freelance marketer to take ownership of our Google Ads, social media presence, and digital visibility. This is not a standard marketing role - it demands ingenuity and resilience. Due to advertising competition and the robust climate regarding peptide products, traditional channels are extremely challenging. That’s why this position calls for a clever workaround thinker who thrives in difficult marketing environments and can break new ground.

• Design and implement effective Google Ads and social media campaigns that work within policy boundaries or use creative alternative methods.

• Set up and grow our presence across key social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, X/Twitter, etc.).

• Conduct audience targeting and SEO research to drive qualified traffic to our site.

• Explore non-traditional digital marketing avenues, influencer outreach, communities, or forums relevant to the biotech/research industry.

• Collaborate closely with the team (remotely and in-person as needed) to understand product compliance, market trends, and customer behaviours.

• Monitor analytics, optimise campaigns, and report on performance.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, Google Ads, and social media growth - preferably in restricted or regulated industries (e.g., CBD, supplements, pharma, adult, etc.).

• A problem-solver with strong knowledge of platform ad policies and ways to work around them without breaching terms.

• Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to be part of a high-growth venture and build from the ground up.

• Strong grasp of SEO, growth marketing, and conversion optimisation.

• Experience working in the biotech, research chemicals, or similar sectors is a major plus.

• Based near Leeds (or able to travel on occasion) - hybrid working is available and encouraged.
