Your new role
We are hiring for both general classroom support roles and specialist SEN support jobs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teachers during core subjects like Maths and English
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils
• Assisting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism, ADHD, or SEMH
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Helping with classroom organisation and learning displays

What you'll need to succeed

• Volunteering or mentoring jobs with children or young people
