• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students preparing for GCSE and Functional Skills exams.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.

• Proven experience in teaching GCSE and Functional Skills English.
• Experience working in Further Education (FE) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the current educational curriculum and examination standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
