Fund Accountant - Real Estate IM

To £65k (pro rata), annual discretionary bonus, healthcare and other benefits commensuarte with a leading IM business

4 Day Week (3 days in West End office)

This is a great opportunity for a bright (part-qualified, qualified or QBE) individual to join this well estblished market leading real estate IM business.

The role is responsible for overseeing the company's accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy. timeliness and compliance with financial policies. In addition, the role will assist with general accounting duties, month -end and year-end closings and other ad hoc accounting responsibilities as required.

You will also gain exposure to Deal Execution, Treasury & Debt and Risk & Control.

YOU

- Part Qualified, fully qualified ot QBE accountant

- Bright and curious mindset with sound common sense/commercial acumen

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and mulri-disciplinary business
