GCSE Maths Tutor Bootle & Seaforth, Sefton

Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated GCSE Maths Tutor to support learners across Bootle, Seaforth and the surrounding Sefton areas.

The successful candidate will provide engaging, tailored tuition to help students build confidence, close learning gaps and prepare for their GCSE Maths examinations.

Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised GCSE Maths tuition.
Identify learning gaps and adapt lessons to individual needs.
Support students with exam preparation and revision strategies.
Build positive relationships and encourage learner engagement.
Monitor progress and work towards individual learning targets.

Experience, Training and Qualifications:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge in GCSE Maths.
UK classroom teaching experience.
Experience working with students with SEND, complex needs or disengaged pupils.
Be creative, patient and willing to think outside the box.
To be eligible for this role, the GCSE Maths Tutor must:
Hold the right to work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional child-related references.
