A prestigious Independent School in Kensington seeks a passionate Geography Teacher to join our Humanities department. About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, focusing on physical and human geography, environmental issues, and sustainable development.


• Plan and lead fieldwork trips to diverse locations, fostering hands-on learning and practical application of geographical concepts.


• Assess student progress through fieldwork reports, research projects, presentations, and essays, providing timely and constructive feedback.


• Foster a passion for geographical inquiry and contribute to extracurricular geography clubs and environmental initiatives.


• Participate in departmental planning, curriculum development, and the integration of GIS technology into teaching.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Geography.


• Proficiency in GIS software and extensive experience leading fieldwork.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.


• A deep passion for environmental sustainability, global issues, and geographical research.
