Job Title: GP Receptionist
Location: Failsworth
Remuneration: £12.36 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, Part-Time

Responsibilities:
As a GP Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in our practise, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Your daily tasks will include:

• Greeting patients with a smile and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing appointments efficiently and accurately
• Handling patient inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
• Collaborating with the medical team to ensure smooth operations
• Performing administrative tasks as needed to support the practise
• Must have experience of EMIS

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and managing data
• Experienced in a healthcare setting (preferred but not essential)
