A highly regarded consultancy within the Building Surveying space, are on the lookout for a motivated and driven Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing team. The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will play a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior professionals across the business. Your role will include:

• Supporting on both professional and project work across a range of sectors

• Collaborating with experienced surveyors and consultants to deliver work to a high standard, on time and within budget

• Assisting in business development efforts through client engagement and cross-selling opportunities

• Developing strong client relationships and helping to identify further work opportunities from existing commissions

Qualifications:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

• An analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving problems

• A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities

• £27,000 - £32,000 basic salary (DOE)
