Salary: £89 - £110 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)

Zest Education is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of secondary schools across Staffordshire, starting this September.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers across a range of subjects, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop your skills, and decide if teaching is the right path for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to students across KS3 and KS4 (ages 11-16)

• Work with small groups or 1:1 to assist students with varying needs

• Help with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Offer academic and pastoral support to pupils

• Support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality education

We’re looking for graduates who are:

• Passionate about working with young people

• Reliable, enthusiastic, and confident in a classroom setting

• Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills

• Interested in a future teaching career or working in education

• Flexible and ready to take on a new challenge

Prior experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential—full training and ongoing support will be provided by Zest Education.
