Graduate Cover Supervisor

• Oversee classes when the subject teacher is absent.

• Deliver set work and maintain pupil focus.

• Build strong behaviour management strategies.

• Report back to the Cover Manager at the end of the day.

Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small group interventions.

• Work with students with SEND or those needing additional support.

• Collaborate with subject teachers to deliver engaging lessons.

• Gain valuable secondary school teaching experience.
