Graduate Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor - Wirral

Graduate Cover Supervisor

• Manage classrooms in the absence of the subject teacher.

• Deliver pre-prepared work and ensure pupils stay on task.

• Develop strong behaviour management skills.

• Provide feedback to the Cover Manager at the end of the day.

Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Work 1:1 or with small groups of students.

• Support pupils with SEND or those needing catch-up support.

• Assist subject teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

• Gain first-hand experience of secondary school teaching.
