The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and school leaders to:
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions Help pupils build confidence in Maths, English and phonics Support children with varying learning needs, including SEND where required Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management Create a positive, engaging learning environmentEvery day is different, giving you the opportunity to gain broad classroom experience and develop the skills needed for a successful career in education.
We're Looking For Graduates Who:
Hold a degree (or are due to graduate in Summer 2026) Have a genuine passion for working with children Are confident, proactive and eager to learn Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Can commit to a full-time role from September 2026Experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, volunteering or school placements is desirable but not essential.
