Group Finance Manager

Management Experience required 

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a key client of ours who're looking for a Group Finance Manager to join the business on a 12 month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a growing finance team, 

Key Responsibilities 

• Managing a finance team and recognise training and development opportunities 
• Managing month-end processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with VAT regulations and overseeing returns
• Supporting audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Implementing and maintaining accounting and tax policies
• Driving process improvements and supporting finance system enhancements
• Assisting with ad hoc finance and tax projects

Key Skills: 

• Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Proven leadership in finance and accounting teams.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel skills
