They’re looking for a commercially minded Group Financial Controller to work closely with the Finance Director and help shape what comes next. This isn’t just about keeping the wheels turning — it’s a chance to bring fresh ideas, improve how things are done, and play a key role in future planning.

The Role (3 to 4 days per week, hybrid working):

• Own the monthly group reporting and board pack preparation
• Lead and develop a small, capable finance team
• Support the wider leadership team with insight and commercial input
• Oversee cashflow, payroll and audit, with a focus on driving efficiency
• Help modernise reporting, improve processes, and explore automation opportunities
• Play an active role in budgeting, forecasting and longer term planning

The Offer:

• £65,000 to £80,000 FTE + £6k Car Allowance
• 5% Monthly Employee Owned Bonus

• Flexible part time role | 3 days in the office

What they’re looking for:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• A strong grounding in financial management with an eye for improvement
• Someone who enjoys both the detail and the bigger picture
• Comfortable leading people, improving processes, and influencing change
• Ideally used to working in a growing SME or multi entity environment
