Group Tax Manager Part-time

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Tax Manager to join a leading international business with a portfolio of some of the UK's most recognised and well-loved brands in the hospitality sector on a part-time contract.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you'll lead tax compliance, accounting, and governance across operations in the UK, Ireland, and the USA, whilst playing a pivotal role in shaping the group's tax strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Tax Compliance to ensure seamless compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Own Tax Reporting: preparing tax disclosures for the annual report and keeping accurate tax ledger accounts.
• Manage Cash Tax Forecasting: overseeing quarterly tax payments and developing robust cash tax forecasts.
• Ensure VAT & Governance Compliance: managing VAT compliance for the UK group and ensuring adherence to SAO and CCO frameworks.

About you:

• ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong expertise in corporation tax and working knowledge of VAT and employment duties.
• A confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and manage external partnerships.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
