Group Tax Senior Manager - Part time

Exclusively partnered with a media and advertising analytics company to recruit a Group Tax Senior Manager to join their team. This is a part time role, 3 - 4 days a week.

The role will be responsible for managing the groups tax compliance, planning and will oversee the global tax affairs of the group.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Lead relationship with external advisors and HMRC
• Oversee tax compliance process, filings and prep of computations
• Monitor legislative changes
• Develop groups tax strategy and identify planning opportunities
• Oversee Transfer Pricing policy
• Provide tax input to M&A activities across the group

Salary - £120k + bonus and benefits (FTE)
