£18 per hour PAYE, £37,000 per annum

Lymington, Hampshire

We are looking for handyman, multi skilled operative to work at Lymington Hospital starting ASAP. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with the position then going permanent. The ideal applicant must have mechanical and electrical experience, ideally form working on commercial projects. The position is based on 40 hours per week with some on call work required

As a Handyman your duties will involve.

• Plant room experience, chillers, boilers, hot water systems, HVAC - split or cassette, pumps, AHU ventilation systems
• Fire alarm systems testing.
• Distribution boards
• Legionella PPM experience
• General repairs and maintenance

You Must have

• 18th edition qualification
• Basic DBS (Can be applied for when starting)
• Full driving licence
• Commercial experience

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm
