Head of Finance Interim

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a client based in Basingstoke, Hampshire who are seeking an Interim Head of Finance to start with immediate effect. Ideally you will have experience working for a SaaS or high-growth tech company. If you can step in and provide a steady hand in a high-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What will the Head of Finance role involve?

• Lead and support a small finance
• Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, forecasting, and business planning
• Manage short-term cash flow reporting and cash management
• Maintain visibility over recurring revenue reporting (ARR/snowball model)
• MS Dynamics, BI systems, and Excel in a SaaS environment

Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance vacancy:

• Previous experience working in a Saas high-growth tech company
• Understanding of SaaS metrics
• Familiar with VC-backed environments and reporting expectations
• Be able to be calm and work well under pressure
