We're supporting a forward-thinking organisation at an exciting time of brand evolution. They're looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to shape and lead their strategy, working closely with their Senior Leadership team.

• Develop and lead a clear marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Drive digital campaigns across SEO, email, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Build brand awareness and consistency following a recent brand refresh
• Manage marketing performance using KPIs and reporting dashboards
• Oversee CRM and automation tools to streamline and personalise campaigns
• Plan and promote client events and engagement initiatives
• Identify new marketing channels and growth opportunities
• Manage budgets and mentor the marketing team

• Proven marketing leadership, ideally in a service-led environment
• Strong digital expertise: SEO, content, email, and social platforms
• Experience with CRM and automation tools
• Skilled in brand development, analytics, and stakeholder engagement
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience
