We’re seeking an experienced People Experience Lead to head our recruitment, training, and retention efforts – ensuring we continue to attract, develop, and support the very best Care Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Lead all aspects of Care Professional recruitment, from innovative campaigns to community engagement events.
• Develop strong local networks and build our reputation as an employer of choice.
• Ensure full compliance with franchise and regulatory standards.
• Drive proactive sourcing, digital recruitment strategies, and applicant tracking.

Training & Development

• Lead the delivery of outstanding training programmes.
• Oversee training needs analysis and development plans.
• Ensure training compliance and maximise the use of our learning management system.
• Stay ahead of legislative changes and training trends.

Retention & Engagement

• Create a structured, supportive journey for every Care Professional – especially during their first 12 weeks.
• Monitor team wellbeing, manage appraisals and supervisions, and champion reward and recognition initiatives.
• Lead on feedback collection (e.g., PEAQ) and develop responsive action plans.
• Own employee file compliance and HR performance data tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified and experienced people leader, ideally with a management qualification.
• Proven background in end-to-end recruitment, training delivery, and employee engagement.
• Confident communicator, relationship-builder, and team motivator.
• Tech-savvy, organised, and data-driven.
