What You'll Be Doing:

? Designing and embedding a group-wide ERM framework

? Leading the annual insurance renewal programme

? Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance

? Reporting to the Board and Audit Committee

? Building a culture of risk awareness across the organisation

What You'll Bring:

?? 8+ years' experience in risk management, ideally at Head of Risk level

?? Strong technical knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks

?? Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

?? Relevant degree and/or professional qualification
