Pay & Benefits:

• £12.25 – £13.75 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• £24.50 per hour on Bank Holidays
• Paid travel time & waiting time between visits
• 35p per mile mileage allowance
• 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)

Work Your Way – Flexible Shifts:

• Choose part-time or full-time hours
• Just 2 days per week available
• Mornings, evenings, or weekends – your choice

No Experience? No Problem!

We provide full, paid training – including our award-winning induction programme – and ongoing support so you feel confident and valued in your role.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll support older adults in the Lincoln area with a wide range of daily activities, always with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Typical duties include:

• Friendly companionship and conversation
• Personal care and daily routines
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Help with local errands or outings
• All visits are at least 1 hour long – so you’ll have time to build relationships and provide quality care.

You’ll Need:

• A caring, friendly, and reliable nature
• A valid UK driving license and access to a car
• The right to work in the UK (we’re not able to provide sponsorship)
