Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting clients with personal care routines (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
• Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
• Assisting with meal preparation and medication support
• Promoting independence and dignity at all times
• Following tailored care plans and keeping accurate records
• Communicating clearly with families and healthcare professionals
• Working in line with company policies, procedures, and manager instructions
• Travelling to clients’ homes—a car and valid driving licence are essential

We Are Looking For:

• Experience in care (preferred, but not essential—we provide full training)
• A patient, kind, and compassionate attitude
• Willingness to work towards an NVQ in Health and Social Care (if not already achieved)
• Strong communication skills and good spoken/written English
• Basic IT skills for record-keeping
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Commitment to safeguarding and professionalism (Enhanced DBS required)
