* Earn £160–£205 per day (depending on working arrangements and payment method)

* 55p per mile mileage allowance

YOUR ROLE – MORE THAN JUST A JOB!

You'll be supporting individuals who are returning home from hospital or need additional care to remain safe and independent in their own homes.

Your day could involve:

* Helping someone start their morning with dignity and confidence

* Providing friendly companionship and reassurance

* Supporting with personal care, dressing and daily routines

* Preparing meals and assisting with everyday activities

* Supporting mobility, independence and well-being

* Helping prevent unnecessary hospital admissions

You'll typically support 3–4 service users throughout the day, with scheduled care visits based on their individual needs.

COULD YOU BE THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for people who have a genuine passion for helping others.

You'll need:

* A caring, patient and compassionate nature

* A full UK driving licence and access to a car

* Good communication and listening skills

* Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude

* Willingness to work alternate weekends

* An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. Your attitude, kindness and commitment to making a difference are just as important.

Eastbourne & Hastings, East Sussex

Contract: Temporary, with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities.
