Main Responsibilities - Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

• Provide safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with individual care plans and CQC standards

• Support service users with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities

• Assist in monitoring and recording observations such as temperature, pulse, and respiration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and report changes to senior staff

• Work collaboratively with nurses, senior carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care delivery

• Promote dignity, choice, and independence for all service users

• Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety protocols at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with at least 12 months of UK care experience

• Good understanding of care plans, personal care, and safeguarding principles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

• Right to work in the UK
