Job Description - Healthcare Assistant

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Locum Healthcare Assistant to support a GP surgery in the Nottingham area.

Location: HA6
Shifts: Adhoc | Mon-Fri
Time: 8am - 2pm
Setting: GP Surgery
Pay: £14.48 LTD p/h (PAYE Options available) + £150 Welcome Bonus

About the Role: As an integral part of the primary care team, you will assist in delivering high-quality patient care and support the clinical staff with a variety of duties. Key Responsibilities:

Phlebotomy (blood taking)
Blood pressure and ECG checks
Wound care and dressings
Health checks (NHS and routine)
Supporting clinicians during clinics
Updating and maintaining patient records (EMIS experience desirable)

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a GP surgery or primary care setting
Competence in the above duties
Reliable, professional, and a team player
