About the Role

Fenwick Healthcare is looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team and work across care homes and healthcare settings in Swindon and surrounding areas.

You will provide high-quality care and support to residents and service users, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar role is desirable.

* A caring and compassionate attitude.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Reliability and flexibility to work different shifts.

* Right to work in the UK
