Healthcare Assistant Support Worker

Responsibilities-
1. Supervised residents and monitored their wellbeing and safety.
2. Assisted with personal care, hygiene, dressing and mobility.
3. Supported medication, meals and daily living activities.
4. Monitored vital signs and responded to emergencies.
5. Implemented care plans and coordinated with healthcare professionals.
Required Documents & Eligibility Criteria-
* Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service.
* Practical Moving & Handling Certificate (CSTF and CPD accredited).
* Minimum 12 months of UK work experience as a Carer/Support Worker.
* At least two valid and active employment references
