Healthcare Solicitor

A top-tier firm in Guildford is looking for a Healthcare Solicitor to join its highly rated team.

You will be working with leading individuals and key lawyers in the field on complex and high-profile work on behalf of dentists, nurses, doctors and pharmacists.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of cases involving fitness to practice proceedings with regulatory bodies for healthcare professionals
• Provide legal support for healthcare professionals in inquests, local NHS disciplinary proceedings, clinical negligence claims, and criminal investigations
• Offer specialised advice in areas such as pharmacy market entry applications

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor, open to various levels of PQE
• Proven expertise in healthcare regulatory matters
• Committed to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellence

Those with a background in criminal defence or inquiry, including investigative and evidence-gathering experience, will be considered.
