Hgv Class 1 Tramper

Recon recruitment are recuiting for a Class 1 driver for ongoing tramping work.This is for a general haulage company based out of Ashbourne.

Job Details:

* Ongoing work – Monday to Friday

* Usual start times between (Apply online only)

* Tramping – nights out required

* Delivering across the UK

Responsibilities

* Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.

* Manage the loading and unloading of curtainsider goods, securing loads to prevent damage during transit.

* Deliver goods to designated locations, maintaining accurate delivery records and schedules.

* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality.

Requirements:

* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

* CPC & Digi Card

* Reliable & professional attitude

* Great communication essential

* Previous tramping experience (perferred)
