Job Title: HGV Class 2 (Category C) Rigid Driver – Medium & Long-Distance Deliveries

Location: Droitwich

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work available)
Night Out Work: Required

We are currently seeking experienced and professional HGV Class 2 (Category C) Rigid Drivers to join our Client based in Droitwich. This role involves medium and long-distance single-drop and multi-drop deliveries using modern Mercedes and DAF rigid vehicles equipped with curtain sides and tail lifts.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out medium and long-distance deliveries across the UK

* Complete single-drop and multi-drop delivery routes safely and efficiently

* Operate curtain-side rigid vehicles and tail lifts in accordance with company procedures

* Ensure all vehicle checks and transport documentation are completed accurately

* Adhere to Driver Hours Regulations, Working Time Directive requirements, and company compliance standards

* Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HGV Class 2 driving role

* Full and valid Category C (Class 2) licence

* Valid Driver CPC qualification

* Valid Digital Tachograph Card

* Comfortable with regular nights out and long-distance work

* Experience operating curtain-side vehicles and tail lifts

* Strong understanding of transport legislation and compliance requirements

* Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

* Committed to safe, efficient, and professional driving standards
