Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently recruiting HLTAs to work across a variety of schools, offering flexible and rewarding opportunities to support pupils and make a real difference in their education.

The Role

As an HLTA, you will:

* Deliver planned lessons and activities in the absence of the class teacher.

* Lead whole-class, small-group and intervention sessions.

* Support teachers with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.

* Provide targeted support to pupils, including those with SEND.

* Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs.

* Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment.

* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers.

* Support the wider school community, including trips and extracurricular activities.

* Work flexibly across different schools and year groups.

About You

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, enthusiastic and confident in the classroom, with previous experience working in an educational setting. You should be comfortable taking the lead, managing behaviour and supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs.
