Are you a dedicated and experienced HLTA looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and welcoming school environment?

Academics is working with a fantastic primary school in Bromley seeking a full-time HLTA to join their team either immediately or from September. This is a brilliant opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role where your skills and initiative will be highly valued.

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers to deliver interventions, lead small groups, and occasionally cover whole classes. The school is looking for a confident and adaptable individual who is passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential.

This is a full-time position, ideal for an experienced HLTA who is ready to make a positive impact in a new setting.

The ideal HLTA will:

• Hold relevant HLTA qualifications or extensive classroom support experience

• Be confident delivering learning activities to whole classes when required

• Have excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills

• Be proactive, flexible, and able to work as part of a collaborative team
