Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new challenge in a vibrant and welcoming school? Academics Rochester is working with a progressive Primary School in Chatham seeking a dedicated HLTA or unqualified teacher to support their Key Stage 2 team.

This opportunity runs until July 2025 and involves leading lessons in Years 3 and 4, supporting small groups in core subjects, and playing a vital role in classroom learning.

What we're looking for:

• HLTA qualification (or strong classroom cover experience)
• Experience covering classes
• Confident leading a class and supporting a team
• A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• A passion for helping children achieve their best

As an HLTA, you'll have the opportunity to develop your classroom leadership skills and potentially progress toward a full-time teaching role. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team that values your contribution and supports your growth.
