This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced HLTA or advanced Teaching Assistant looking for part-time hours in a supportive secondary school environment.

Based in Gloucestershire, this welcoming school is seeking a confident and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting learning and occasionally delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects (when required)

• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups

• Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff

• Helping to create an inclusive, calm, and focused learning space

• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

• HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role

• Confidence managing a classroom when needed

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
