Exciting Opportunity for a Teaching Assistant in Milton Keynes (MK3)!

Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Milton Keynes (MK3)
Rate: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Term time only

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Milton Keynes (MK3). The school supports students aged Reception to 19 years, all of whom have Global Development Delay and an EHCP. The school provides a stimulating and challenging curriculum designed to support students' development and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Global Development Delay
* Assist in delivering a structured and engaging curriculum tailored to individual needs
* Support students in developing their communication, social, and life skills
* Work as part of a strong and committed team to create an inclusive and supportive environment
Key Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN
* A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to unlocking potential
* Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles
* A passion for making a difference in the lives of students with Global Development Delay
