Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a solid background in the classroom? Aspire People is looking to onboard experienced and dedicated HLTAs for primary schools across Hinckley, with both full-time and part-time positions available from September.

We're looking for individuals who can confidently support across the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curriculum, with the ability to lead learning when required and adapt to different classroom environments.

Requirements:
Recognised HLTA qualification and equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of classroom experience in UK primary schools
Strong knowledge of the EYFS, Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2 curriculum
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Two years of professional references
Willingness to undertake a safeguarding course (support provided)
