We're seeking a dedicated HLTA to assist a friendly and supportive primary school in Exeter, providing high-quality learning support to pupils across the school.

Your new role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning. You'll deliver planned lessons to small groups or whole classes and provide targeted support for individual learning needs. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with teachers in planning activities, assisting with classroom management, and helping to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where all children can thrive academically and emotionally.

What you'll need to succeed

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience working within a primary school
• A nurturing, adaptable and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
