Your new role

• Leading whole-class learning in the absence of the teacher
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and deliver tailored interventions
• Encourage a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What you'll need to succeed

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• A passion for education and helping children thrive
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexibility to adapt across year groups and subjects
