No Prior Experience Required:
While healthcare experience is a plus, it’s not essential. We value skills from retail, hospitality, childcare, sales, and education. Your enthusiasm to learn & broaden your knowledge is what counts. Requirements: Must be able to travel across the following areas: Hythe, Dibden Purlieu, Fawley, Blackfield, Langley, Holbury, Lymington, New Milton, Brockenhurst & Sway.
Must have a UK driving licence and regular access to a car.
Flexibility to work 1-2 evenings per week and alternate weekends.
Must be UK-based with the right to work (British citizenship, dependant visa, ancestry visa, spousal visa, settled, or pre-settled status). Sponsorship not available.
Role Overview:
As a Community Care Assistant, you'll provide personalised care in customers' homes across Hythe, Waterside, and New Forest areas, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and continence care
Meal preparation
Assisting with moving and handling, including use of equipment
Medication prompting & administration
Light housekeeping duties
