Typical Duties

*

Providing excellent customer service

*

Preparing and serving food and beverages

*

Waiting tables and clearing dining areas

*

Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness (Kitchen Porters)

*

Cleaning guest rooms and communal areas (Housekeepers)

*

Assisting with hotel reception and security duties (Night Porters)

*

Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard (Chefs)

*

Setting up and clearing dining or event areas

*

Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures

*

Working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

*

Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential for all roles

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills

*

Reliable, professional and punctual

*

Ability to work well under pressure
